A CALVENDO project is basically a “data container” that holds your material (photos, graphic designs, texts, etc.) along with all information pertaining to the layout, printing, invoicing and description of the product.
A product is an individual article (e.g., a calendar) that we offer retailers for sale.

In order to receive your royalties from calendar sales, you will have to enter your bank details in “My Profile”. We encrypt all sensitive information before it is transmitted and saved! For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

If you want to create calendars on our English or French-language platform, you will have to use our CALVENDO online editing tool (Adobe Flash technology). The system is easy to use and will take you through the process step-by-step. Just give it a go!

If you work on our German-language platform, you can create projects either using the CALVENDO tool or design your work offline, using a program such as InDesign, and then upload a PDF file.

Yes, we have special editions, such as the CALVENDO Gold Edition which honours calendars that are of particularly high quality every year.

The CALVENDO author page is a very good option for you to present and promote yourself in our product gallery. Author pages that are published on our site are also of relevance for internet search engines and retailers. You can easily set up an author page under “My Profile” > “My author page”. In this section, you will also find a link that you can send out or put on your own website to direct people to your CALVENDO author page.
